From 2012 to 2015, Easy Exit Founder Cameron Manwaring was focused on building guerrilla marketing strategies and content for global brands, with over 150 separate campaigns and strategies that received at least one million organic views each. Results include over 4 billion views, 64,000 organic articles, and millions of shares that, in turn, generated hundreds of millions in sales for clients, including DreamWorks, Turkish Airlines, Nvidia, Freshpet, Sony, Pepsi, ESPN, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Google.

In 2015, Cameron was awarded by Forbes 30 Under 30 for his innovative contributions in marketing, advertising, and innovative business strategies. After selling his own company (Shareability) and enjoying an early "retirement" in 2015, he got bored and founded Easy Exit, expanding the focus from not only digital strategies but also operations and people strategies.

"I was approached by a large dental brand to help generate more leads. After a couple of weeks into the project, it became super clear that the last thing they needed was more leads. With over 40% missed calls and high employee turnover, they were constantly being reactive to the day-to-day issues in their business and struggling to keep up. Why would you EVER spend more money on leads when you can't serve the ones that are already reaching out to you?"

This specific problem spurred Cameron to bring on Ian Soane, who had been building and operating sales teams. Ian had a knack for simplifying and documenting complex processes, and Cameron had hands-on experience building and operating multiple successful companies. After joining forces in 2019, Cameron and Ian have successfully created over 2,500 unique SOPs and training videos for clients across a variety of industries, including trade-based, service-based, and e-commerce companies.

Ian and Cameron reside in Utah and Idaho. They enjoy golfing, spending time in nature with their families, and good street tacos.
